Alicia has worked in the employment and training sector for over 20 years. She has led the development and implementation of various program and policies, managed national consultation processes and engaged widely with communities, industry groups and employers. Alicia is passionate about creating opportunities for Indigenous Australians and women and is driven by the potential to drive change through connection and collaboration.
