The National Indigenous Employment and Training Alliance (The Alliance) is Australia’s only Indigenous-led peak body solely focused on Indigenous employment and training.

We are the national voice for the sector, connecting our members, influencing government and industry, and using evidence and expertise to improve employment outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

We are Indigenous-led, independent and accountable to our members. The Alliance is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCO), owned by our members, governed by an Indigenous board and led by an Indigenous CEO. Our work is grounded in the experience and expertise of the Indigenous employment and training sector.

We build capability, provide evidence and create opportunities for the sector, employers and government to strengthen Indigenous employment practice, cultural safety and employment outcomes.

By partnering with us, you’ll help strengthen Indigenous businesses and communities, creating social and economic benefits for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the workforce.

Let’s work together to make lasting change.

Driving change through knowledge and research.

The Alliance drives change through research that amplifies the lived experiences and voices of Indigenous people, shaping the future of the Indigenous employment and training landscape.
