The program hasn't been fully announced yet. Should I still register?

Yes – you can register now with your current details and update them closer to the event. Locking in your spot early also ensures you don’t miss out on Early Bird pricing.

Yes – the Celebration Dinner is separately ticketed and open to all. You don’t need to attend the conference to join us for the evening.

Yes – Alliance members receive a discount on all ticket types. Select the member ticket option at checkout. Member tickets are validated by The Alliance team to confirm eligibility.

Your conference ticket includes access to all sessions across the day, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. The Celebration Dinner is separately ticketed and can be added during registration.

The Alliance Conference 2026 is held at Sofitel Brisbane Central, 249 Turbot Street, Meanjin (Brisbane). The hotel is located in the Brisbane CBD and is accessible by public transport, with parking available nearby.

No – The Alliance Conference 2026 is an in-person event only.

Yes – tickets can be transferred to another person with prior written notice to the Organiser at least five days before the event. Please contact us at events@nieta.org.au to arrange a transfer.

Refunds are not available for change of mind or inability to attend, except as required by Australian Consumer Law. If the event is cancelled by The Alliance, a full refund will be issued. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date, with a refund available if you cannot attend. For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

The Alliance Conference is designed for senior leaders, practitioners and decision-makers working in or alongside the Indigenous employment and training sector. This is including HR and People & Culture professionals, Indigenous employment specialists, RAP and ESG leads, government representatives, training providers and First Nations organisations and businesses.
