Chris Davies is the National Inclusion & Reconciliation Manager at Wilson Group, where he leads the organisation’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) agenda. With extensive experience across corporate, government and the Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCO) sector, Chris specialises in First Nations employment, supplier diversity, inclusive workplaces and organisational change. At Wilson, Chris has helped drive First Nations employment to 3.4% and procurement spend to 10.5%, while developing enterprise-wide governance, inclusion and community partnership frameworks that create lasting social and business impact in a national organisation. He is passionate about creating practical pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, businesses and communities to succeed and shaping workplaces where everyone can thrive.
