Dylan Adams is a proud Gadigal man and the Indigenous Engagement for Wilson Group. His passion comes from over a decade of working alongside First Nations communities, supporting people to overcome barriers and create meaningful futures through employment and mentoring. Across the last ten years, Dylan has worked with both corporate and community organisations, personally supporting more than 500 First Nations people into employment and mentoring close to 2,000 individuals. He believes that creating genuine opportunities, building confidence, and providing ongoing support are key to achieving long-term outcomes for First Nations peoples. Today, Dylan travels across Australia delivering Wilson Security’s Making Tracks program, helping create meaningful employment opportunities for First Nations peoples. Through this initiative, more than 250 First Nations employees have commenced careers in the Security industry, supporting long-term workforce participation and career development.
