As the Founder and Managing Director of Multhana, Joseph combines his local knowledge of Indigenous employment & training with 25 years’ experience across different sectors, including Commonwealth & Queensland Government Departments, the private sector and Indigenous organisations at the regional, state and national levels. Joseph is an Aboriginal man from the Jirrabal Aboriginal Rainforest people in Far North Queensland and Juru Aboriginal Traditional Owners in Bowen, North Queensland. His passion for Indigenous issues stems from his knowledge and experience gained through both personal experience and tertiary qualifications. His professional and personal aim is to strengthen the foundations to support Indigenous economic development and provide training and employment opportunities for the community.
