Paul a proud Bundjalung man with traditional kinship ties to the Wirri and Birriah Nations. Based on the Tweed Coast of Northern NSW, he is a respected First Nations leader in community development, cultural education and Indigenous business. As Director and Chair of the National Wellbeing Alliance, and CEO and co-founder of Corporate Culcha, Paul provides strategic and cultural leadership informed by decades of experience across business, government and community sectors. He has led the delivery of more than 1,600 cultural awareness, wellbeing and mentoring programs across Australia. Holding a Bachelor of Aboriginal Community Management and Development from Curtin University, Paul has also held senior government roles, including Director of Indigenous Health for Southeast Queensland within Queensland Health. Passionate about strengthening First Nations leadership, he mentors emerging facilitators and champions genuine, culturally strong partnerships. Paul is also a founding Director of GearedUp Culcha and a Director and co-owner of Yaru Water.
