The Alliance connects the Indigenous employment and training sector together, to give it a stronger and collective voice. We help ensure the sector has greater influence in the decisions that shape employment outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

As an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCO), governed by an Indigenous Board and led by an Indigenous CEO, we are community–driven through our membership. Our governance structure ensures we remain owned, led and accountable to our community.

Acting as the unified voice for the Indigenous employment and training sector, advocating with evidence to influence policies and programs which impact on Indigenous job seekers and learners. Also further strengthening Indigenous procurement and improving conditions, to close the employment gap.
