Join The National Indigenous Employment & Training Alliance for a focused session designed to demystify the Reconnection, Employment and Learning (REAL) Program.
In our two-part program, we’ll guide your organisation through key program features and equip you with the knowledge needed to submit a confident and competitive application.
What to Expect in session 1:
In this session, we’ll break down the fundamentals REAL to help your organisation build a strong foundation ahead of applying for Round 2 in 2026.
You’ll get a clear, practical overview of:
- What the REAL Program is and the intent behind it
- Service delivery structure and how organisations will operate within it
- Performance and reporting requirements you’ll need to meet
- Funding overview and what to expect in the grant landscape
- Organisational capability requirements for competitive and confident applications
Who Should Attend:
Organisations interested in exploring opportunities to deliver the REAL program.
This session is only available to majority First Nations owned, controlled and managed organisations.
