Designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations and mob exploring future opportunities in Employment Services, this Indigenous-led workshop will help build foundational understanding, confidence and capability to navigate the sector. Employment Services can be complex from the outside.

Procurement processes, contracting environments, capability requirements and tender expectations are often unfamiliar for organisations without direct sector experience. This workshop is designed to break that down in a practical, culturally grounded and accessible way.

What participants will learn

• How Employment Services opportunities and procurement environments commonly operate

• Organisational readiness, strengths and future opportunities

• Governance, compliance and operational foundations for long-term sustainability

• Practical approaches to capability statements and tender responses
