About the event  
Under the theme From Intent to Impact: Cultural Safety in Practice, the breakfast focuses on the leadership actions, systems and workplace approaches that deliver real outcomes for First Nations peoples.

Through an Indigenous-led, evidence-based discussion, the conversation will draw on: 

  • Industry experts and lived experience 
  • Key findings from the First Nations Employment Index 2025 
  • Practical workplace approaches that improve retention, wellbeing and long-term employment outcomes 
  • Real-world application, shared responsibility and the conditions that enable First Nations peoples to thrive, stay and lead at work 
  • Best-practice approaches to workplace health and safety such as psychological safety, supporting First Nations employees to feel safe, respected and empowered to speak up
  • Designed as a focused morning of insight, reflection and connection, the breakfast offers thought-provoking discussion, professional networking and tangible takeaways you can apply in your organisation
