The National Indigenous Employment and Training Alliance (The Alliance) is hosting The Alliance Conference 2026 in Meanjin (Brisbane) this November.

2026’s theme is “Pathways to Impact: First Nations Employment Outcomes” focuses on turning conversations into actions. At this dynamic, one-day program, those in attendance will hear Indigenous-perspectives and learn from organisations that focus on delivering meaningful change. Attendees will further gain practical strategies which can strengthen recruitment, retention and career pathways.

The Conference concludes with The Alliance Conference Dinner
