Themed Pathways to Impact: Driving First Nations Employment Outcomes, this one-day program moves the conversation from awareness to action through practical insights, real-world case studies and Indigenous-led perspectives. The program is designed to strengthen recruitment, retention, career progression and leadership pathways for First Nations peoples, with honest, solutions-focused conversations and strategies attendees can apply immediately.
To close the day, The Alliance Celebration Dinner will be held on the evening of 11 November to honour the people and organisations doing this work across Australia, and to celebrate the sector together. Guests will enjoy a three-course dinner, live performances with brief addresses from special guests and sector leaders. It is a relaxed evening designed for colleagues, partners and friends to unwind, reflect on the day and celebrate how far the sector has come.
