Pathways to Impact: Driving Indigenous Employment Outcomes

The Alliance Conference 2026 is coming to Meanjin (Brisbane), with Early Bird tickets available now.

The only national conference convened by an Indigenous-led peak body focused solely on employment and training, this one-day event brings together First Nations organisations, employers, government and sector leaders to explore practical solutions that strengthen employment outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Under the theme Pathways to Impact: First Nations Employment Outcomes, the program moves the conversation from awareness to action. Attendees will hear Indigenous-led perspectives, explore real-world case studies and gain practical strategies to strengthen recruitment, retention, career progression and leadership pathways.

The program will also feature an address from The Alliance Chief Executive Officer, Kylie Penehoe, alongside speakers and leaders from across the sector.

Full program details and speakers will be announced soon! Subscribe to our mailing list or follow us on LinkedIn to stay up to date with our program releases.
