Designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations and mob already delivering services or exploring growth within Employment Services, this workshop supports organisations to strengthen their understanding of the sector, build capability and prepare for future expansion opportunities.

Employment Services environments can be complex to navigate when organisations begin exploring growth, expansion and future tender opportunities within the sector. This workshop is designed to unpack procurement processes, organisational readiness and service delivery capability in a practical, culturally grounded and accessible way, supporting organisations to better understand how existing strengths, community relationships and experience can support future growth within Employment Services.
